The Flannick Lab develops computational approaches to use human genetics to understand or better treat human diseases, with a current focus on diabetes. We are based at Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and the Broad Institute; perform research at the intersection of computer science, statistical genetics, and computational biology; and are involved in several large international projects. See Dr. Flannick’s research plan for more details
We are currently seeking postdoctoral fellows or students interested in either computational and statistical methods development or next-generation sequencing and high-throughput experimental data analysis. Please contact us if you are interested.
